A women's only day retreat, allowing us to step into and embody the most empowered, nurtured and aligned version of ourselves. A day dedicated to YOU! With the intention of truly stepping into the best version of ourselves, we welcome mindfulness, relaxation and allow ourselves to feel truly centred and powerful within! All whilst honouring the Autumn Equinox, a time for slowing down and turning inwards.
