Our yoga classes offer a welcoming space to move, breathe and reconnect with yourself, regardless of your experience level. Whether you join a flowing Vinyasa class to build strength, flexibility and balance, unwind with the deep release of Yin Yoga, or enjoy the accessible support of Chair and Gentle Mat Yoga, each practice is designed to nurture both body and mind. Through mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation, yoga can help reduce stress, ease tension, improve mobility and cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing. You'll leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded, with a renewed sense of energy, clarity and connection that extends far beyond the mat.
