About the event
We want to present this first circle to you as a free offering, for you to come along and connect with a wonderful community 🙏
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, years beyond treatment, or anywhere in between, this circle offers a safe, sacred space to honour yourself and your journey. We will come together each month to listen, share, and uplift one another in a friendly, judgement free environment where everyone “just gets it.”
Each gathering includes mindfulness practices, time for self reflection and an opportunity to share experiences in a nurturing space where you can be seen, heard, and supported. Each month we explore a gentle theme or topic that encourages deeper connection with ourselves, opening space for emotional release, personal insight, and healing.
Welcome drink offered upon arrival. Open to women aged 20-70.
