This welcoming Vinyasa style class offers a fluid, mindful practice that weaves together a variety of themes, postures and movement patterns. Each session is thoughtfully structured to guide you through a balanced sequence of gentle warm up, flowing movement and calming relaxation. The practice links breath with movement to create a steady, rhythmic flow that helps build strength, flexibility and body awareness. Variations and options are offered throughout, allowing you to move at a pace that suits your body on the day. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have an established practice, the class is designed to be accessible, supportive and inclusive. Alongside the physical postures, the class incorporates elements of breathwork to deepen the connection between body and mind. Sound and guided relaxation are also included to help release tension, settle the nervous system and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. On the last Wednesday of each month, the class gently shifts into a Yin Yoga practice. This slower, more restful style focuses on longer held postures that encourage deep release in the connective tissues while promoting stillness and relaxation. It offers a quiet, restorative space to unwind, recharge and restore balance. All abilities are supported. Beginners are very welcome!
