Private Sound Bath Relaxation

*Please select correct number of participants before booking* Sound Baths are a wonderful opportunity for relaxation, allowing you to be still, let go of the day-to-day hustle and bustle and bring you into the present moment. Our Private Sound Bath Relaxations create the space for you to relax and unwind in a more intimate setting. A wonderful gift or day out to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or any other special occasions, or just to create some intentional time for you and your loved ones to rest. Perfect for all ages, feel free to bring children under 16 who are unable to attend our regular Sound Bath sessions! Up to 5 people per group. Toilets are located in the garden centre, please make sure you use them beforehand as they will be closed after the session has ended. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your session. Wear your most comfortable clothes! All equipment is provided (heated futon beds, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, etc.) but feel free to bring along your own fluffy socks, extra blankets or anything else you feel will allow you to truly rest and relax! (Please note: If you need to cancel your space in a session, please let us know at least 3 days before your session takes place, otherwise we will not be able to offer you a refund or reschedule your place. Cancellations must be done via the contact form on our website or by email (sophie@highvibealignment.com), we will not accept cancellations through Social Media or any other form of contact.
