Sound Bath Relaxation

Come Join Us!

Sound Baths are a wonderful opportunity for relaxation, allowing you to be still, let go of the day-to-day hustle and bustle and bring you into the present moment. Please wear your most comfortable clothes and bring along a blanket, a pillow (or 2 for extra comfort), an eye pillow and anything else you feel will allow you to truly rest and relax. Mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own! (Please note: If you need to cancel your space in a session, please let us know at least 3 days before your session takes place, otherwise we will not be able to offer you a refund or reschedule your place. Cancellations must be done via the contact form on our website or by email (sophie@highvibealignment.com), we will not accept cancellations through Social Media or any other form of contact. This ensures that we will see your cancellation and be able to offer the valuable space to someone else. Thank you! We are so looking forward to having you!)
