Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This welcoming practice links breath with movement to create a steady, rhythmic flow that helps build strength, flexibility and body awareness. Variations and options are offered throughout, allowing you to move at a pace that suits your body on the day. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have an established practice, the class is designed to be accessible, supportive and inclusive.

Chair Yoga
A gentle practice that allows us to enjoy the many, wonderful benefits of yoga while seated or being supported by a chair. It is accessible for everyone, no matter of age, mobility or physical ability. In this calm and friendly class, movements are slow and mindful, with each stretch and motion guided by the breath. Especially helpful for those who find traditional yoga classes challenging due to knee, hip or back discomfort, reduced balance or limited mobility. Using the chair for support allows us to move safely and confidently while still strengthening muscles, improving flexibility and maintaining range of motion.

Chair & Gentle Mat Yoga
A calm and supportive class combining chair yoga and gentle mat yoga, suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a softer style of practice. Using a chair for support, movements are slow, mindful and guided by the breath to help improve flexibility, balance, strength and mobility in a safe and accessible way. Gentle mat-based yoga asana offer a relaxing way to move, unwind and build confidence in your practice.
