Meditation & Journaling Monthly Meet Up

Join us as we dedicate this time to connect with ourselves and a like-minded community! Whether you are a complete beginner or use these practices regularly, this is a safe space for us dive deeper into self-discovery together with opportunity to share our insights.

Sophie will guide us through calming breathwork and mindful meditation practices, providing thought provoking journal prompts and guidance to further explore our practice and our inner world! Warm welcome drink provided on arrival! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your journal, a pen and a bottle of water. Mats and other equipment will be provided but feel free to bring your own. We look forward to sharing this space with you!
