Our "Radiating Warmth from Within" Day Retreat is designed to cultivate an inner glow of warmth and radiance, as we embrace the colder months. Sophie will guide us through Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork practices and Sound Therapy to ignite our inner fire through body and breath, promoting a sense of vitality, as well as a peaceful relaxation. This Day Retreat is the perfect opportunity to take a break from the chilly November weather, finding peace and radiance that shines from within.
