Sacred Sound Sessions: Drumming Circle

A fun, safe and welcoming space to come together as a community and return to the heartbeat within. Through simple guided rhythms, we drop out of the busy mind and into the body, allowing stagnant emotions to release and energy to flow freely.

You don’t need any musical experience at all! Drumming is an ancient practice used across cultures for thousands of years to help heal, connect and bring people together, through rhythm and shared vibration. The drum becomes a tool for grounding, release and freedom within. As the rhythms build and soften, you may feel more alive, centred and deeply connected to yourself and your natural rhythm. 

All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own drum if you have one! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
