Sacred Sound Sessions: Mantra Meditation

A gentle yet powerful practice to quiet the mind, open the heart and reconnect back to yourself. Through simple, repetitive mantras, we use sound and vibration to guide the nervous system into deep calm, while subtly lifting our energy and awareness.

You don’t need any experience with meditation or chanting. The mantras are easy to follow and naturally draw you out of thinking and into feeling. As the voice, breath and intention weave together, the mind softens, the body relaxes, and a sense of inner harmony begins to arise.

This circle is an invitation to slow down, be held by sound and remember the quiet strength within you. Expect an uplifting, nourishing practice leaving you feeling centred, grounded and more connected to yourself and the collective energy of the group.
