Sacred Sound Sessions: Mantra Meditation and Drumming Circle

Join us for an uplifting session of Mantra Meditation and drumming! A fun way to lift our mood, release and express ourselves through our voice, music and sound!

A safe and welcoming space to learn and practice this ancient form of meditation, lead by Sophie! Open to all, no prior experience needed. All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own drum if you would like! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. We are so looking forward to sharing this space with you!
