Chair Yoga & Gentle Mat Yoga Combined together in one wonderful class This welcoming Hatha-style class combines the support of chair yoga with gentle mat-based movement, giving you the freedom to practice seated, on a yoga mat, or enjoy a blend of both throughout the session. Perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga after a break, anyone with limited mobility, or those simply looking for a slower, more mindful and accessible practice. You do not need any previous yoga experience - just come as you are. Through slow mindful movement, gentle stretching, breathing practices, and relaxation, this class helps improve flexibility, mobility, balance, posture and overall body awareness while easing tension and stiffness. Alongside the physical benefits, yoga can also help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, support better sleep, and create a greater sense of emotional balance and wellbeing.
