Join us monthly for a gentle and supportive walk created for women who are going through a cancer diagnosis, living with cancer or have gone through cancer treatment at some point in their lives.

This is an opportunity to step outside, enjoy some fresh air and spend time with others who understand the unique challenges, emotions and experiences that can come with a cancer diagnosis. There is no pressure, agenda or expectation, just a welcoming space to connect, share if you wish, and feel supported by a community of women who truly understand.

Each walk takes place at a different local location, offering the chance to explore nature while benefiting from the healing power of movement, conversation and connection.
