About the event
Join us for our Day Retreat, 'Spring Awakening', a sacred Day Retreat for women where we will reflect, release, and step into our fullest potential. This is a time for self-discovery, intention setting and embracing the energy of renewal as we transition into the vibrant spring season ahead.
A day of guided self-reflection and connection, including soul nourishing practices such as Yoga, Meditation and Soundbath Relaxation. We will shake off the heaviness of winter's hibernation and reconnect with our inner Goddess. Together, we will plant the seeds of growth, supporting us in flourishing in all areas of our life.
