Mantra Meditation: Cosy Winter Special

Join us for an uplifting and cosy session of Mantra Meditation! A fun way to lift our mood, release and express ourselves through our voice, music and sound!

A safe and welcoming space to learn and practice this ancient form of meditation, lead by Sophie! Release unwanted emotions and call in more positivity and well-being! An uplifting, yet deeply grounding practice, using Sanskrit Mantra Meditation, to balance, centre and express ourselves fully. Open to all, no prior experience needed. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. We are so looking forward to sharing this space with you!
