A free taster session of Sophie's Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes. Vinyasa Flow Yoga includes flowing sequences that include traditional asana (physical postures). Please wear comfortable clothing, mats and other equipment will be provided but feel free to bring your own! Note: One free taster session per person.
